Előző héten szerdán (03.13.) ellátogatott hozzánk egy japán judo mester. KÉPEK

Saki mestert, a KSI-SE utánpótlás vezető edzője Szombat Attila fogadta vendégül pár hétig.  A nevelő edzőm, Attila segítségével így sikerült találnunk egy szabad délutánt és megszervezni a japán mester kilátogatását a Budafoki judo bázisomra.

Saki először a nagyobbak (Diák B, A, Serdülő) edzését tartotta meg. Már a bemelegítésnél ledöbbentek a gyerekek hogy milyen lazasággal mutatja be a gyakorlatokat a japán vendégünk. Aztán következett egy kis newaza (földharc) technika gyakorlás, amit szintén nagy figyelemmel követtek kis judokáim. Majd mi mást mint a ken- ken uchi mata (combdobás), tai otoshi (támasztott gáncsdobás) és az osoto gari (hátsógáncs) gyakorlása következett. Aztán jött a kicsik (Diák D, C) edzése. Saki itt egy picit játékosabb edzést tartott, több rávezető képességfejlesztő gyakorlatokkal. Földön a yoko shiho gatame (oldalsó leszorítás) rögzítését gyakoroltuk, állás technikában pedig a tsurikomi goshi-ra mutatott egy játékos rávezető gyakorlatot. Nagyon jó hangulatú és egyben érdekes, hasznos edzések zajlottak, amit a gyerekek nagyon élveztek.

Örültem neki hogy belepillanthattak a növendékeim az ázsiai judo mozgás kultúrájába és megtapasztalhatták a japán mesterekre jellemző fegyelmezett, alázatos, tisztelettudó viselkedést.
